The Society Welcomed the DuBose Family Reunion

On Saturday, October 7, the Huguenot Society of South Carolina was so pleased to welcome members of the DuBose Family Reunion to enjoy a special exhibit of items from the Library & Collection on their family.  Among the items on display was the DuBose family Bible. 

Director of Genealogy and Research, Renee Marshall, was in attendance and provided an impromptu talk.  Registrar Abbey Markiewicz was also in attendance to assist members with any records research. “Everyone was thrilled with this unique opportunity,” remarked David DuBose.

In keeping with the mission of our Society, we are always pleased to welcome members and their families to headquarters and we are available to provide talks, exhibits and receptions whenever members host family events.
